"Escher's Reality: Dusk" is a captivating, surreal painting that portrays the intriguing atmosphere of a seaside town where two boardwalks merge together, creating an extraordinary fusion of spaces, like a subtle MC Escher drawing. The overcast sky at dusk, painted with various shades of gray, sets a moody and mysterious ambiance, as the soft light diffuses through the thick cloud cover.
The two boardwalks, each with their unique characteristics, intersect and blend together in the lower third of the painting, connecting two seemingly different places. This extraordinary merging point is further emphasized by the surreal integration of the wooden pathways with the multileveled buildings that flank them. The lower level of shops, with their inviting storefronts, serves as the binding element that unites these two distinct realms.
The color palette is dominated by cool tones, with subtle variations of grays and muted browns reflecting the subdued light of the overcast day, at dusk. The people walking along the boardwalks appear unfazed by the remarkable fusion of the pathways and the surrounding structures. Their softened shadows subtly blend with the intricate patterns formed by the interwoven boardwalks, buildings, and shops.
In several windows of the buildings and shops, a warm glow emanates from within, creating a sense of comfort and refuge amidst the chilly, gray atmosphere outside. These lit windows form pockets of warmth and life, offering glimpses into the stories and daily routines of the inhabitants and shopkeepers.
Although the sea is not directly visible, its presence is suggested by the coastal architectural styles and the faint, salty breeze that one can almost perceive. The merging of the two boardwalks, bound together by the lower level of shops, invites the viewer to contemplate the nature of connections and the spaces where different worlds collide.
"Escher's Reality: Dusk" is a thought-provoking and visually engaging painting that challenges the viewer to explore the boundaries of perception and reality while experiencing the quiet, introspective atmosphere of a seaside town on an overcast day, at dusk. The extraordinary fusion of the boardwalks, buildings, and shops creates an unforgettable image that lingers in the viewer's imagination.

All-Over Print (AOP) is a printing method that uses dye-sublimation to print a design onto polyester. During the dye sublimation process the dye is absorbed into the fabric. Since, it is not printed on the surface, like most t-shirts, it provides for a fantastic soft-to-the-touch feel and superior breathability.
AOP is a more time consuming method than screen printing or direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, so the prices are higher and the production times are longer, but the results are most definitely worth it.
Advantages of AOP:
The design won't peel off, unlike typical screen printing.
The design is part of the fabric of the item, so it will last as long as the item does.
The intensity of color is often unmatched.
Giclée (pronounced zhee-CLAY or often gee-CLAY) is a printing process that creates a museum quality, archival print. Special acid-free, paper is printed with fade resistant ink using a state-of-the-art, large format inkjet printer.
Gallery wrap is a style of displaying a canvas that doesn't show any visible staples or nails holding the fabric to the wooden stretcher bars. This style of canvas is intended to be hung unframed.
Mirrored edges (mirror wrap) is used to show the whole image on the main surface, rather than printing the edges of the image on the sides (image wrap) of the canvas frame. It is usually used when there is necessary detail on the edges of the image. Image wrap is used when the focal point of the image is in the center.
